It is essential that you have strong HYDRAULICS experience as well as electromechanical knowledge gained from working within an Aerospace company. Automotive experience will also be considered. You will be manufacturing aircraft flying controls and landing gear actuators. The Manufacturing Team is responsible for all aspects of assembly, test and quality. Machining operations, hydraulic and electro-mechanical test functions in accordance with drawing, process planning, work instructions and other documentation. The job will involve new build, repair and overhaul of assemblies and sub-assemblies to include strip, survey, assembly, wiring, hydraulics and electromechanical test. Hydraulics testing. Receipt testing, disassembly and survey on repair and overhaul units. Assembly and test investigation on both production and pre-production assemblies and sub-assemblies. Develop through supervision, product groups and the manufacturing team the most effective and efficient procedures for assembly and test.
